Menu Tasting

Saltwater Blue Eye Fish Fillet on Smashed Nicola Potatoes, Watercress and Cherry Tomatoes

Summer Chicken

Green Salad

Chocolate Lava with Yea Cream (loved the dried raspberries)

Pineapple Tart and Sorbet

Cheesecake and Lemon Lime Sorbet

Where were we?

One of the best parts of the job in event management is menu tasting. 

Was at the MCG today with some colleagues picking the menu for an upcoming event.

It's hard work but someone's gotta do it.

Can you guess what we chose?

Spotted this pretty garden as we left the grounds and headed back to the office.

Needed to walk off the generous helpings of the very more-ish menu items we tasted 
- or inhaled with great appreciation.
